Jen I also do Sundays resets. I have a book for weekly task lists. The fact it’s non digital is so good for me. This truly amazing post. Which I cannot lie I love all your post!
Chondra, I think you have a lot of things to teach me too. Once you are ready to share, I would love to learn how you do your Sunday resets to improve my own practice. I love to learn.
My Sunday resets usually me with tea and peace and quiet somewhere in my home. I create weekly schedule being creative as possible to help me stay on task and then plan out my weekly schedules. It’s truly amazing and I really be on task weekly. I actually started this year. I also have a jar I keep weekly notes joy of the week notes.
I started this couple years ago with my family but did not complete because my family was unable to find daily joys. So I decided this year I would do a weekly joy note. And on NYE I plan on reading my weekly joys out loud to my family. Hoping I inspire them all to start a tradition with themselves.
This is wonderful! I look forward to reading your future writings about Neurodiversity. I agree that rituals are so important. There are things I feel my days are incomplete without. I like your to-do calendar better than the standard one I keep. Seems less daunting and kinder.

OOOOOOOh!!! That is INTENTIONALITY right there! I love the idea that there is the intent to go back to it at the end of the year.
Yes indeed! A little reminder of the joy in the simplicity 😌
Love this post Jen! Thank you for the mention. Your writing is very refreshing.
and yours as well! we can either do this together or do it separately and I prefer the former. thank you for supporting me.
Rituals are so important.
Setting an intention for the day (or the next meeting, or your talk with your partner, or the night out with friends).
The gratitude at the end of the day.
The lighting a candle for when you’re writing.
I do a Sunday summit too where I look at the week gone by and the week ahead.
Thanks for the mention of Tiny Magic for it is truly all around!

I have a growing collection of meditations and visualisations I use. I’m also a member of the Hay House podcast app. @jenwritesagain.
that is amazing! meditations are also effective for me as part of my early rituals and then winding down in the evenings. keep it up!
